These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website almuhairytrading.com (the “Site”) operated by ALMHEIRI GENERAL TRADING COMPANY – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


4. Eligibility

Customers using the Site who are minors (under the age of 18) are not permitted to register or transact on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.


5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, passwords, and any other login credentials. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Site policies.


6. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.
  • The displayed price and currency at checkout will match the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed via the original payment method and may take 10–45 days depending on the issuing bank.

7. Delivery & Collection Policy

  • All items are available ex-stock; delivery is in-store only, UAE locations.
  • Customers will be contacted to verify tire size and confirm fitting time prior to collection.
  • Proof of collection/fitting will be maintained via a receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
  • We do not charge delivery fees, as all fittings are done on-site.

8. Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully made, a payment confirmation notice will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Customers should keep this confirmation for reference.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of order confirmation or if the goods are defective due to manufacturing issues.
  • Refunds exclude any bank charges incurred (e.g., 2.05% for credit cards).
  • Refunds may take up to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.

10. Return Policy

  • Goods once sold will not be taken back, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Exchanges or returns by the customer shall not be accepted once goods have been delivered.
  • Any defective product claims must be verified by authorized personnel before a replacement or refund is issued.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from order confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method, following the Refund Policy timelines.
  • Orders may also be considered for cancellation if the customer fails to take possession of goods within 14 days of confirmation, even after full payment.

12. Warranty Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Tires are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of sale.
  • Claims will be computed on a pro-rata wear basis using remaining tread depth.
  • The life of the tread ends when depth reaches 1.6 mm.
  • All warranty claims shall be examined by authorized personnel or service agents.

Exclusions & Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misalignment
  • Collision/Wreck
  • Repair failures
  • Road hazards
  • Premature wear
  • Overloading
  • Willful abuse
  • Sport wear
  • Theft or vandalism
  • Non-compatible rims
  • Impact breaks/concussions
  • Retreated or buffed tires
  • Vibration after first 1.6 mm of tread wear
  • Improper mounting/dismounting
  • Misapplication
  • Punctures
  • Fire
  • Tread cuts
  • Wheel imbalance
  • Improper inflation
  • Irregular/uneven wear
  • Sidewall cuts/damages
  • Racing or competition use
  • Tires with serial numbers cut or buffed
  • Contact with corrosive chemicals or oils

Additional Notes:

  • Pattern road noise is not covered.
  • Wheel alignment performed at any point has no warranty due to mechanical stress factors. Customers are advised to periodically check alignment.

13. Pricing & Sanctioned Countries

  • The checkout system excludes the following countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.
  • Payments from cards issued in these countries will not be accepted.
